TANAKA DENSHI KOGYO K.K. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) commits itself to observing the Private Information Protection Law and other relevant rules, and pledges that all company employees uphold the protection of private information. At the same time, the Company declares that it sets and implements company policy on private information protection as shown below:

- If the Company collects private information, the purpose of use, the scope of information provision and our contact address shall be presented and private information collection shall be limited to the minimum necessary.
- The Company shall improve the management of collected private information appropriately and try to safeguard against risks of “unauthorized access to the private information,” “loss of the private information,” “breakage of the private information,” “falsification of the private information,” and “leakage of the private information.”
- The Company shall make use of the collected private information within the scope for which consent is obtained and will not provide it to or bring it to the knowledge of any third party beyond the agreed scope.
- The Company shall deal with complaints and counseling regarding the private information it manages, appropriately and without delay. If a person him/herself asks for disclosure, correction or deletion of his/her private information, the Company shall comply with the request appropriately and promptly, respecting his/her right to personal privacy.
